San Diego Property Assessment  - The Department of Assessment is responsible for developing fair and equitable assessments for all residential and commercial properties in San Diego County on an annual basis.  Here you are able to search for the latest property sales and values.

San Diego County Environmental Health - Protecting public health and safeguarding environmental quality, educating the public to increase environmental awareness, and implementing and enforcing local, state, and federal environmental laws. The California Regional Economies Project is currently the lead mechanism for these efforts.

Small Business Award Program  – The annual CoolCalifornia Small Business Award Program is administered by the California Air Resources Board.  The program recognizes small California businesses and organizations (under 100 employees) that have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made notable, voluntary achievements towards reducing their climate impact.

Small Business Financial Resources - The first thing every small business interested in state and federal stimulus projects should know is you are NOT too late. Most of the money designated for federal stimulus projects is still available and will be distributed over the next two years. Furthermore, the stimulus funding is divided into 10 general categories, across multiple agencies, all with varying timelines. Rural Development Business and Cooperative Program - works in partnership with the private sector and community-based organizations to provide financial assistance and business planning. Technical assistance is also provided to rural businesses and cooperatives.  Programs include Business and Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loans, Intermediary Re lending Program Loans, Rural Business Enterprise Grants, Rural Economic Development Loans and Grants, and Rural Cooperative Development Grants.

Central California Small Business Development Center (CCSBDC) – Grow your business here.  Programs are part of the United States Small Business Administration's national network of SBDC’s.  As such, the programs leverage local, state and federal dollars to strengthen small businesses, and thus, positively impact the state's economy.  The SBDC’s facilitate the success of small business through business management counseling and training, resulting in economic impacts such as the creation and retention of jobs increases in sales and profits, new business starts and more.

SCORE - San Diego - SCORE counselors provide free and confidential business counseling to both prospective entrepreneurs and existing small business owners throughout San Diego County. We also conduct a variety of low-cost workshops that address many of the essential techniques necessary for establishing and managing a successful business.

The San Diego County Bar Association - Is the region's oldest and largest law-related organization. The voice for San Diego's diverse legal community, the SDCBA aims to support and inform the county's lawyers, but also the public and the community. Programs help clients find qualified lawyers, resolve disputes and educate San Diegans on their legal rights and responsibilities.
